CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS

Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. To ensure security and prevent fraud, all guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification (passport or ID card) at check-in.

TAXES

Rates are subject to a 19% VAT. Foreign guests not residing in Chile who pay in dollars or with an international credit card, and who present their passport and immigration card at check-in, are exempt from this tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Hotel Almasur is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Bookings are non-refundable once made and/or once check-in has occurred. Changes to dates, room categories, or length of stay require canceling the original booking and making a new reservation.

Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a fee equal to the first night’s rate. Please obtain and retain your cancellation number for reference.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

Group or block reservations must be canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival. Late cancellations may result in charges equal to the full room rate plus tax for all reserved rooms.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled day will be charged the full cost of the stay.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS

A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking. Upon arrival, guests must provide a cash deposit or a credit card for a pre-authorization hold, which will be released at check-out. Please note that banks may take up to 72 hours to release the hold, and up to 5 days if a different card is used at check-out.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments in local currency or in U.S. dollars.
