CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS 

Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in at Almasur Hotel. For security and fraud prevention, guests are required to confirm their identity by presenting valid government-issued photo identification (Passport and/or Identification Card) at check-in. 

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM 
• Check-out: Until 11:00 AM 

TAXES

The listed values are subject to a 19% VAT. However, foreign guests not residing in Chile who pay in dollars or international credit cards, and present their immigration card and passport at check-in, will be exempt from this tax. 

CANCELLATION 

Almasur Hotel is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Once bookings are made and/or guests are checked in, reservations are non-refundable. Any changes to the date, room category, or duration of stay require canceling the initial booking and rebooking with the hotel. 

Reservations must be canceled forty-eight (72) hours hotel time prior to your arrival date to avoid a one-night full room cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's rates. For reservations longer than one night, only the first night's rate will be charged. Be sure to obtain and save the cancellation number for your records. 

GROUP RESERVATIONS 

Large group/block reservations must be canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date. Reservations canceled after that date may be charged the full room rate plus tax for each reserved room, with the balance of the reservations canceled. 

NO-SHOW POLICY

If the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, the entire accommodation stay will be charged. 

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS

When making your reservation, a credit card will be requested as a guarantee for no-shows. Upon entering the hotel, you must leave a guarantee in cash or with a credit card. A retention of the amount associated with your stay will be made, and this hold will be released at the time of check-out. Note: Some banks may take up to 72 hours to release a hold, and up to 5 days if you pay for your stay with a card different from the one used for the guarantee.
