CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in. To enhance security and prevent fraud, all guests must present valid government-issued photo identification (passport or ID card) at check-in.

• Check-out: Until 11:00 AM

TAXES

Rates are subject to a 19% VAT. However, foreign guests not residing in Chile who pay in dollars or with an international credit card and present their immigration card and passport at check-in will be exempt from this tax.

CANCELLATION

Almasur Hotel is not liable for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Bookings are non-refundable once made and/or checked in. Any changes regarding the date, room category, or duration of stay will require you to cancel your initial booking and re-book your stay.

Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a one-night cancellation fee. If canceled less than 72 hours before arrival, a fee equal to the first night’s rate will be charged. If you cancel, please obtain and save your cancellation number for your records.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

Large group or block reservations must be canceled 60 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made after this period may incur a charge equal to the full room rate plus tax for each room reserved.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled day, the entire accommodation cost for the stay will be charged.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS

A credit card will be required as a guarantee when making your reservation. Upon arrival, you must provide a cash deposit or credit card for a hold that will be released at check-out. Please note that banks may take up to 72 hours to release a hold, and up to 5 days if paying with a different card than the one used for the guarantee.
