Hotel Policies
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in at any Almasur Hotels property. For security and fraud prevention, guests are required to confirm their identity by presenting valid government-issued photo identification (Passport and/or Identification Card) at check-in.

TAXES
The listed values are subject to a 19% VAT. However, foreign guests not residing in Chile who pay in US dollars or via international credit cards, and present both their immigration card and passport at check-in, will be exempt from this tax.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Almasur Hoteles is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Once bookings are made and/or guests have checked in, reservations become non-refundable. Any changes to the reservation, such as the date, room category, or duration of stay, will require canceling the initial booking and rebooking directly with the hotel.
Reservations must be canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a one-night cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to the first night's rate. For multi-night stays, only the first night's rate will be charged. Please ensure you obtain and save your cancellation number for your records.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
Large group or block reservations must be canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date. Cancellations made after this deadline may be charged the full room rate plus tax for each reserved room.
NO-SHOW POLICY
In the event of a no-show on the scheduled day of arrival, the full accommodation stay will be charged.
GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS
When making a reservation, a credit card will be required as a guarantee for no-shows. Upon arrival, a guarantee will be requested in the form of cash or a credit card. An authorization hold for the amount associated with your stay will be placed, and this hold will be released upon check-out. Please note that some banks may take up to 72 hours to release the hold, and up to 5 days if a different card is used for payment at check-out.
